Power Supply Question

On a SE 225 conference phone, shouldn't I be getting 12 VDC out of the end connector of the power supply? I have 120 VAC from wall plug through cord that plugs into power supply but nothing on connector end.

Re: Power Supply Question

Hello captstent,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The original power supply shipped with the SE225 is 12V DC with 1A.

If your power supply is not delivering 12V it seems faulty and you should work with a Polycom Reseller in order to purchase a replacement Power Supply.

Best Regards
