I have a Polycom Soundstation Duo Part Number 220119000001 with two external microphones attached part number 220016155001. The Microphone LEDs do not light up. The microphones work and if i push the mute button the LED on the Soundstation will go to RED and unmute they got to Green. I swapped the microphones and tried tow different microphones and i have the same problem - the LEDs do not turn on at all. Is there a setting on the Soundstation Duo that i need to enable?
