Multiple Lines

We recently purchased the Soundstateion 2 for our conference room. We are having trouble getting both phone lines to run through the system. For example, if our office administrator is on line 1, can we still make outgoing calls on line 2? We think we have everything connected properly, as our phone system allows for 2 lines. Any help is appreciated.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The SoundStation 2 is only able to utilize one analog phone line.


What you are referring to is most likely an issue with your PABX and you should consult whoever installed this system for further support.
