How to set the Flash timer on Soundstation Ex

Hi,

I have a soundstation ex and have not been to figure out how to the set the flash timer...any ideas?

Hello

On the original SoundStation and SoundStation 2 With out display you have to set the flash timing by dipswitches http://support.polycom.com/PolycomService/knowledgebase/search.htm

On a SoundStation 2 and SoundStation 2W

You have to use ADMIN SETUP/ PHONE SYSTEM/ FLASH TIMING. Once in flash timing you can change it 600/ 300/ 100/ 75 milliseconds.

Found the DIP switch but what is the configuration of the switch to get 100milliseconds?

I found this chart of the dip switches.

Flash Timing	DS 1	DS 2	DS 3	DS 4
100ms	OFF	ON	ON	ON
300ms	ON	OFF	OFF	ON
600ms	OFF	OFF	OFF	ON
ELR (UK)	ON	OFF	OFF	ON

Hi,

The dip switch I found has only 3 switches. I have tried every combination and still the flash button does not seem to work. I may have to get a model newer to be able to use this with my PABX.

If there are any other ways, please let me know.
