The Product Site => here <= has all the Information regarding the SoundStation 2 Direct Connect.
The most important statement:
- Connects directly to Nortel Meridian digital PBX wall jack
- Simple set up: plugs directly into Nortel Meridian digital PBX wall jack
The User Guide etc can be found => here <=
Above means the Unit can only be used with a Digital Meridian Nortel PABX and cannot be used with an analog line.
If you can still return the Unit you should purchase a Polycom SoundStation DUO as this unit is both analog and VoIP.
