Hi y'all,

 

When I want to dial out from my VoiceStation 300, I have to unplug the phone line then plug it back in before I get a dial tone.  

This step is required before every outbound call.  I have tried multiple VS300's and they all do it on this particular analog phone jack.

 

Anybody heard of this before?

It sounds like an issue with the phone line itself.  Where is this line coming from?  Have you tried a normal analog phone (home phone) or butt set on this line?
