Our soundstation2 will not let us dial out--it just lets us push one key and will not register the next number

The phone line that you have this plugged into,  Is it an analog line from a carrier or is it coming off a PBX?  Also, have you tried plugging in a normal know working analog phone to this line to see if you notice similar behavior?

Hi, I have this problem too.

I took delivery of two SoundStation 2's today and after plumbing it all in, I realised that when the satellite microphones are plugged in, the unit gets stuck on the first digit that I dial. But strangely when the satellite microphones are not plugged in, it works fine and lets me dial the whole number.

Any help would be appreciated!
