I have a Soundstation 2201 and if I complete a call and wish to start another call I am not able to use the on/off or flash buttons. I must power cycle the unit by unplugging the power/phone cable from the bottom. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

 

I have tested the line with a standard phone and another 2201.  I can hang up and place another call without having to unplug with other devices.
