stop attendees from deleting meeting from the Trio C60 calendar

is there a way to disallow the attendees  to the conference room the ability to delete meetings from the MS teams app on the Poly Trio C60 ?

Yes, the Teams account which is signed into the Trio should be configured in Meeting mode (and not the default User mode) so that the calendar display is limited to only allowing meetings to be joined and not modified.

 

You'll need to create a new IPPhonePolicy user policy and assign each account to it which signs into a Trio, as explained here: http://blog.schertz.name/2019/11/managing-microsoft-teams-phone-policies/
