"Error: Application Not Found, VVX 410

I am trying to get my new VVX 410 to connect to Skype for Business.

 

I'm told I need to update my firmware: I went through the web interface and selected the firmware level, but the update seems to have failed.

 

I get a message "Waiting for network to initialize" then "Error: Application not present" and then reboots and starts all over

 

I cannot access the VVX410 on the IP address I first accessed it to select the firmware to update to.

 

I have tried to reset it to factory settings...but no luck.

 

Any ideas?
