On our Trio 8800 running software 5.9.5.2982 it is no longer possible to access the WiFi menu
Fortunately, before setting the Base Profile to Microsoft Teams, we connected the Trio 8800 to our WiFi network.
Now we need to replace the Router and hence also WiFi connection point will change.
Both from Trio Menu (Advanced Settings) and from the Web Access (see attached image) the WiFi menu is not accessible

Hello @MBI ,
Our devices have multiple use cases. The case to simply swap between multiple WiFi SSID's is not one that has yet come up. Usually, our devices are used in an enterprise environment where there would be only a single WiFI SSID across the network.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover all areas of use cases and changes to how the device works would need to be coming via a feature request with a business plan.
Jan 03, 2013 Question: How can I request a change aka feature request to the current Polycom SIP / UC Software?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
Again certain restrictions are placed on us by the partner application so therefore you may want to reach out to the partner in question as we cannot simply enable these in the partner mode.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hello @MBI ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
A parter, in this case, Microsoft, may not officially support certain features available to the hardware used. Therefore certain menus are hidden in that Mode.
I can only suggest you change for example to Skype for Business, make your change, and then change back to Microsoft Teams.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards

Hi Steffen,
thank you for your quick reply.
By changing to Skype mode, yes, I can see the WiFi menu.
Now the problem is that if I move the device to another room where I have a secondary WiFi access-point (different SSD) but still the signal from the original WiFi access-point is visible (even if low in power and quality) the Trio 8800 device does not switch to the stronger WiFi line and webmeetings are impossible to run.
The lack of features (like e.g. the impossibility in Teams mode to connect a bluetooth mobile phone) is indeed quite annoying for such a high level (and pricey) device.
thank you, best regards,
Marco
