welcome back to the Polycom Community.
The SoundStation and SoundPoint IP phones are only officially certified to work with LYNC 2010 and LYNC 2013.
The latest Supported software was 4.1.1.0731 and they are not officially supported to work with Skype for Business.
The VVX phones that support Skype for Business should be on 5.5.1.15937
