ccx500 ringtone firmware 8

on ccx500 Teams, following the firmware update from version 7 to 8, I can no longer change the ringtone.
The ringtone option is no longer present in the preferences.
does anyone have a solution to fix the ringtone?

I suggest working with our Partner Microsoft as they provide the Teams application running on our and competitor phones and can help you with this issue.
