Dear all,
when our VVX phones (310, 410, 500) are set to silent, it is not possible to answer the call by pick up the handset.
We have to press the "Answer" button.
Is it possible to change any configuration parameter, so we can answer calls by pick up the handset, when the telephone is silent?
The phones are connected to Skype for Business.
This problem occurs with all software versions from the last two years.
