What license(s) is/are needed to log into Teams on the CCX phones? Can I just use it for internal Teams audio/calls without a full PSTN plan?
I do so many Teams calls, it would be nice to have it on a phone on my desk instead!
I prefer the Common Area Phone license, but any license which includes Teams and Phone System is sufficient. Have a look at this link, I think this might help :
