Hello,
I recently bought some VVX411 for my park.
For the configuration, I took the files I had for my VVX410.
Everything works, except the sleep setting.
Indeed, the VVX411 station goes to sleep after a few minutes without action.
In my configuration file I have well :

<POWERSAVING
powerSaving.enable="0"
powerSaving.officeHours.startHour.monday="6"
powerSaving.officeHours.startHour.tuesday="6"
powerSaving.officeHours.startHour.wednesday="6"
powerSaving.officeHours.startHour.thursday="6"
powerSaving.officeHours.startHour.friday="6"
powerSaving.officeHours.startHour.saturday="6"
powerSaving.officeHours.startHour.sunday="6"
powerSaving.officeHours.duration.monday="17"
powerSaving.officeHours.duration.tuesday="17"
powerSaving.officeHours.duration.wednesday="17"
powerSaving.officeHours.duration.thursday="17"
powerSaving.officeHours.duration.friday="17"
powerSaving.officeHours.duration.saturday="17"
powerSaving.officeHours.duration.sunday="17"
powerSaving.idleTimeout.officeHours="600"
powerSaving.idleTimeout.offHours="10"
/>

Is it that for the VVX411 model the parameter has changed?

Tanks

Hello @Damien-LFD ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

Both the communities Must Read First or Read 1st and if available the FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow up post should contain.

This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.

Unfortunately, your post fell a bit short of the above-explained requirements and we kindly ask you, therefore, to ensure to read these sections and ensure a reply (not Edit!) provides as much detail as possible

Please ensure you familiarise yourself with the FAQ’s listed in my signature for your convenience.

I suggest you simply start comparing a working backup with a non-working one to start with.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier

here is the additional information:
UC software version 6.4.3.5156
Update utility version 6.4.3.3738

I use TEAMS with the 3PIP gateway.

I only have one VVX411 phone so I can't compare with a working phone.

Hello @Damien-LFD ,

your topic stated ther is a VVX 410 which works. They use the same software from a configuration level but different versions.

Back up one phone that works with the same Provider aka Teams and then compare both.

It may simply be that Microsoft overrules the settings so you would need to work with them if the below FAQ article does not help.

Feb 02, 2016 Question: How can I prevent a Poly Phone to be downgraded/upgraded or change settings automatically via Skype for Business and/or Microsoft Teams 3PIP gateway?

Resolution: For Skype for Busines please download, unpack and import the attached LyncProvisionDeviceParams. For Microsoft Teams 3PIP gateway in addition please set the EnableDeviceUpdate to false as explained => here <=

Thank you for your feedback.
What surprises me is that I use a provisioning server to configure all my POLY 310 / 410 / 411 phones.
On the VVX411 phone I applied the same configuration file (extracted in my first post), but I have the impression that the value

"PowerSaving.enable="0"

is not applied.
If I export the VVX411 phone configuration the value is "1".
