VVX400 - Phone UI doesn't match firmware version

I've updated my phone to the newest version, which should have the new circular button UI, but for some reason the UI on the phone isn't updating.  The UI on the phone still has the original colored square buttons. When checking it states Version  Not sure where to look to even begin with this.  I've factory reset and formatted and reloaded the software and updated again.  Same results.

Is the phone in Skype for Business mode ?
