VVX301 Unable to Dial 4 digit extension

Hello,

 

I have a VVX301 that I'm currently using in a Skype for Business Online Hybrid deployment with voice and I'm unable to dial out to any 4 digit extensions.  S4B will pop up with the user but then I will immediately get the busy signal from the phone.  The previous phones that we have (Astra) are able to dial extensions with no issues and have been in production for a long time.  No other changes have been made except for plugging in this phone.

 

The phone works well otherwise

 

VVX301 Software version: 5.5.2.8571 Connected with the BToE successfully

I suggest you lower your log settings and get some logs

I made sure I had logging on and then attempted to make a few extension calls, I attached the log file but I admit I can't really see what the error might be, but I've never worked with Polycom porductions before

Hello Rbuckk,

Nothing really in the logs. As the phone most likely brand new please open a ticket.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

Thank you for your reply, I did purchase the phone from Amazon, the MAC address is 00:04:F2:CA:B1:AE

WESTCON GROUP EUROPEAN OPERATIONS LTD sold this phone back in 05/01/2016 so from our view it is out of warranty
