Hi All,
I have a customer with VVX501 and 601 devices that are equipped with Eagle-Eye Mini cameras
We're running them in SfB mode and firmware 5.8.1.7407 against an SfB2015 on-premises deployment.
We're able to successfully make video calls from these phones to other SfB users, however in the reverse direction the presence of the user signed into the phone shows as "Voice Only".
The customer has asked if we can change that to say "Video Capable", so as to more clearly indicate the capability of the end device. I've had a look through the documentation (up to UCS v6) but drawn a blank.
Any ideas? Is this perhaps design intent, a bug, or a config setting I've missed?
My users are NOT using BToE, so it's not that.
Thanks,
Greig.

----------------Hello @greiginsydney ,
welcome back to the Poly Community.
I can replicate this with a VVX running 6.0.0 as well. In comparison, a Trio shows Video.
I update this here as this may need to be escalated.

----------------Hey Steffen, that's great news. Thanks.
I've posted some 'before' and 'after' screen-grabs to show the difference - and gave the camera a fairly comprehensive review at the same time.
