Can't signin with PIN to Skype for Business 2015. User Credentials Authentication works.

Skype for business test tool Test-CsPhoneBootstrap shows success.

The phone log is attached:

All I sees is one wrong DNS lookup with two dots in the FQDN:

1606131111|dns  |4|00|doDnsLookupForList(SRV): hostname (dc._msdcs..xxx.local) is invalid

Hello kolay Petrov,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The community's Skype FAQ contains this post here:

Jul 11, 2014 Question: Why can we not sign into LYNC via Pin & Extension?

Resolution: Please verify that the phone has the correct time and the Option 43 and Option 120 is setup in the DHCP scope as explained =>here <= or => here <=

The above post shows the suggested logging levels. Unfortunately in your posted Log you seem to have lowered logging levels randomly which fills up the logs but does not show your issue.

The phone in this case was sold via LASTING SYSTEM SRL. so they are your level 1 support for any troubleshooting issues.

In addition they can open a Polycom support ticket for you in case you require it.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
