VVX 411 lags or reboots when in large SFB conference.

Hi, I am having with large SFB meetings, 75+ attendees.  Sometimes some of the VVX411 will reboot or lag.


I ran into this article while looking through the knowledge base and it pretty much states the issue we are experiencing.



Does anyone know what the "feature.lyncCCCP.largeMeeting.participants" does?  

Has anyone experienced this issue and solved it?

Welcome to the Poly Community.

The parameter was for very specific customer use cases and therefore is not documented in the Skype Admin guide and is also not part of the XSD file that comes with every firmware. It was also for a much older release.


I suggest you get this into support so we can investigate this.

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support. Available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here
