VVX 411 device not registered teams sip gateway

OK, i am using polylens test provisioning of phones with the team sip gateway

i have one phone working in one country, but i have vvx411s in anotoer country, coming up

PS. i am using dhcp option 160 with poly lens https url


When you try to sign or leave the phone as is with the teams icon, it comes up with a message

"DEVICE NOT REGISTERED" or flashes up the region team sip gateway url.


phones have up to date firmware as per poly lens update.


devices appear in polylens portal, but a telephone handset icon in the LINES column, 


registration is SIP, status not registered.


i am thinking the firewall is in the way.

Welcome back to the Poly Community.


Are you provisioning the Poly Lens URL as the DHCP option and then in Lens are selecting the SIP Teams Gateway?


If yes this sounds like an issue we have experienced with other customers but struggle to reproduce and provide sufficient data to our partner Microsoft.


If you provision the phone directly to Microsoft instead it seems to work.

the network team is seeing denies to azure ips and port 5061


i think thats my issue.. 


my phone enrolls/registers ok into polylens, and i enable teams sip gateway in the policy for the phone.


i will update once firewall has been updated.
