Hi! Is there a way to have the Poly VVX 411 models work with Teams? We're currently using Skype for Business, but will be switching to Teams within the next couple months. We're unsure if we need to purchase new Poly phones or if the VVX 411s will work, even if not natively.
Thank you for helping!

You will need to exchange your phones if you want to use them with Teams natively.

Thanks for the reply! I just want to make sure though. I read this FAQ about Polycom Phones and Microsoft Teams stating the VVX 401/411 models, certified for Skype for Business Online are supported by Teams. (https://www.polycom.com/content/dam/polycom/common/documents/faqs/polycom-phones-and-microsoft-teams...) Based on your answer, that doesn't appear to hold true anymore, correct?

Hello @darrinj95 ,
You can use the sign-in credentials for Skype for Business until Microsoft disables this. This is a Microsoft restriction and has nothing to do with the Phone itself.

Hello @Seth777 ,
Welcome back to the Poly Community.
Both UC Software 5.9.2 and UC Software 6.2.0 are Skype for Business certified and will work with Skype for Business Online.
Simply factory reset the phone, ensure it is in Skype for Business base profile and sign in using your credentials.
There is no other information required from our end.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
