Solved: VVX 410 - Change the order of icons in home button

hi,

we use the vvx 410's in our company and we would like to know if we can change the order of the colorful icons when you press the home key (New Call, Redial, Messages, Directories, etc.)

We use a provisioning server so if it is possible, we'd like to do it through there.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

In regards to your actual question, no, you cannot change the order.

Sorry, rookie mistake of mine, we are using v 5.5.0.20556 currently.

Hello wookietv,

The community's Skype for Business and the Release notes state:

Jun 15, 2016 Question:Can I use UC Software 5.5.0 for Lync or Skype for Business deployments?

Resolution:UC Software 5.5.0 has not been qualified by Microsoft to use in Lync or Skype for Business deployments. Polycom will not support UC Software 5.5.0 use in Lync or Skype for Business deployments.
