VVX 311 phones don't show web sign in mode

Hi,

All of our VVX 311s are running 6.3.1.11465. They are all using the username/password sign in via the web admin to sign them in to Teams as these phones are in all common areas and not used for normal end users so they don't have the usernames/passwords of the accounts to sign them in.

When we sign one out we don't get the web sign in option in the drop down menu on the Skype for Business sign in. Is this normal? I would expect that we should be able to see this from the web admin of the phone. We have one or two VVX 310s about and they are on 5.9.6.2996 and they do have the web sign in mode in the drop down. 

So does anyone know why the VVX 311s don't show web sign in as an option in the drop down menu in the Skype for Business Sign In? Despite us being higher than the required firmware?

Hello @Aidan 

please download the attached ZIP file and un-zip and import feature_remoteWebSignIn_enabled_ON.cfg via the Web Interface:

• Utilities > Import & Export Configuration > Import Configuration

Alternatively copy the below into a text file and store it with an ending .cfg and then import it into the web interface or add this to an existing configuration.

<web feature.remoteWebSignIn.enabled="1"/>
