VVX 250 phones firmware update no locked out due to pwd

Hello Polycom Community,

New user here and relatively new users to Polycom. We are migrating multiple sites from Mitel to Teams and using Polycom VVX 250 devices. We are taking our 3rd site live in two days and today we received phones for this location. We loaded the most current firmware (I am remote) and now it seems I am locked out of all the phones due to possibly not changing the default pwd before updating firmware?

Hoping we can do a reset on the devices if this in fact caused us to get locked out.

Also is there a product from Polycom to setup an internal provisioning server, or do I need to setup an internal ftp server and create xml files...?
