Trio8800 limit max volume

Hi, we have Polycom Tio8800 on firmware 5.8.0.15024 connected to Skype for Business 2015.

Is it possible to set a limit on the maximum speaker volume? We have some phones in an open area and want to stop users setting the volume higher than 70% - 80% to not disturb nearby workers.

Re: Trio8800 limit max volume

Hi AV Mark,

as a workaround you could use PoE instead of PoE+ which limits the peak level output, but I'm not sure how many dBs it is attenuated by this. ;-)
