We have one Trio that wont sign in from one specifi MPLS site, same user from PC on same site works fine. Same Trio device, same user works fine from different site .
Its probably certificate related due to this in the log
PID: 1331
Log: 0823161342|sip |4|00|[cert_verify_callback,tcp]:Server certificate verification failed, Untrusted Certificate,error=20
But DHCP cert provisioning is working fine and (dhcputil verification turns out ok at least) IS there some way to manually do the provisioning ?

The above should allow you to lower the logging and maybe get more details.
The next step is to open a ticket with support.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you. End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support..
