Not sure if anyone has come across this issue, maybe with another bridging service, but when we connect to a Starleaf bridge the following problems occur:
 
a) Low framerate of other participants (~ 1fps)
b) Video is not transmitted to other participants
c) Audio appears to be sent and received
 
We have working Skype for Business clients, on the same network and server that can join the starleaf bridge fine, this only occurs with this Trio 8800.
 
The Trio 8800 can successfully join Skype4B conferences and point to point calls fine.
 
We have had a number of errors on the Trio logs such as:
 

sspsPktChanSimpleVidJBCheckForStuckReadThread - ERROR: video JB has not been read for 73 ms and will fill. The tSspsMain thread is stuck.  This is not a JB problem


and

[SoMediaSessC]: iceSessionCb event SoIceSessionEvent_CheckFailed, (direction=0, state=6) previous m_iceChecksState = 1


and

soIceChannelDataSendToStack: sendto() call failed. channel 20 len 120 result -1 err=0


Unsure if these are related
Has anyone come across this, or can offer any suggestions?
We have also reported this to Starleaf to see if they have come across it.
 
We are using the latest version (at time of writing) 5.4.4.7511

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The Release Notes usually mention the compatibility with 3rd Party and I am not aware that we have tested this.

 

Is this in Skype for Business Profile or in Generic profile aka SIP ?

We will try and tell Starleaf to contact you in order to diagnose what this could be, but getting vendor to talk to vendor is not always very easy as im sure you know.
