Good-day every.
Yes, I am having trouble with Exchange Calendar integration. Yes, I have read quite a lot of pages of help, but I suspect there is something right in front of me that I must now be ignoring.
I have attached, hopefully, a good deal of information (and hopefully comprehensively obsfucated the organisation's inner details).
You don't know how much I would appreciate this.
Thanks in anticpation.
What follows is a series of steps I took working through "the process". I also have logs that I will attach.

The Skype FAQ has this post:
Jan 17, 2017 Question: How can I troubleshoot simple Skype for Business, Office365 or Teams issues?
Resolution: Have a look => here <=
As we do not know if this is a Day 1 issue or just now happened we would need to see this in support.
In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.
End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.
Our records show the product was sold originally by GECDF-Exclusive Networks Pty Ltd via UNISYS Australia PTY LTD back in 31/05/2018
