I have four production Trio 8800s and one test Trio 8500 and I've logged into each one of them and their web interfaces all appear to have some kind of display error or corruption where all words and numbers have been replaced by question marks.  Picture attached.

Browsers:  Edge, Edge Incognito and Chrome.

Last known firmware of Trio - 7.2.4.0185 (since I can no longer read it)

I'm going to guess that this is either related to issues with Lens or issues with OTD or neither.  But it's not good.  Awaiting for my reseller to connect me with Poly on this.

Anyone else seeing this?

As I mentioned before, I did Edge, Edge Incognito and Chrome.  No go.

Finally - I installed Firefox - and magically, the web interface works again.

So - it could be a "Chromium" bug of some sort.

Hello @Adam_in_DC ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

What does Expert Mode show?

We used to have this on SoundPoints/SoundStation case 32416441 / VOICE-68404 based on different language in browsers

The best and quickest way forward is to contact our Support organization as the community is run by volunteers only.

We are experiencing the same issue, as a workaround we are opening the interface with a different browser (Chrome)

hope it helps.

Our wholesaler checked in with Poly support and received this reply:

"Seems this browser issue is known to Poly, and we already found the workaround...

We have been receiving reports from customer with the same issue, when using the latest version from the MS Edge browser (110.0.1587.xx) (I also have the same issue on my Edge with this version when I try to access my Trio 8800, but when I use Chrome it is fine)

Please ask him if it is possible to use Firefox browser, or Chrome (on version 110.0.5481.100, because the previous version had the same issue).

It is related to the browser and changes on java script components."
