Software version 5.5.4.2255
Cannot dial out from IP extension on Trio line 2, but can dial into the Trio from another extension on the phone system.
However when the Visual+ is un-plugged, I can then dial out.
Line 1 is registered to SfB.
The digitmap is blank.

Hello ,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Jan 19, 2012 Question: How to troubleshoot Polycom VoIP related Issues?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
Basically we need some logs to tell and maybe a backup as well.
Most likely when the Visual+ is attached the unit sends Video at all times. I am currently on holiday so either you check the Admin Guide on how to disable Video for individual lines or wait for other community members to help you. The SIP switch should simply reject our video.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards

Thanks Steffen,
Your reasoning seems to be correct as when I disable video (globally) in the web interface I am able to make outbound calls from line 2. I have been through the admin guide but I cannot work out how to disable video for a specific line. If anyone else can help while Steffen is away that would be great.
