Since a few days, after rolling out a few Trios 8800 the join onlinemeeting button for SFB meetings is missing.
I've deployed the Trios 8800 for SFB incl. Exchange Integration as described in the deployment guide. There is no provisioning server in place. Devices are working as they should execpt that the join meeting button is not showing up anymore.
The calender shows the onlinemeeting but not the join button.
I'm just verifing that the onlinemeeting data is visible via Outlook / SFB by logging on to SFB and Outlook with that Trio 8800 SFB Meeting Room User.
What else can I check? Any ideas? Except Settings > Status > Calendar.
Thank you very much in advance.

Hello ek09,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
The above is also stated in the "Read First"
Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Question: How can I find out my SIP or UC Software Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here
Also use the Web Interface and check: Diagnostics > Lync Status > Exchange Client
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

After I was able to check the settings and configuration on both Skype for Business Server, Exchange Server and the Polycom Trio 8800 it was only occuring at three of thirty devices. As far as I could see it was no real issure but a user forgetting to sent out a Skype for Business Onlinemeeting invitation.
Prolem solved.
