I have 4 Trio 8800s that sync fine with Office 365 Room Resources.
I have 1 Trio 8500 that, thus far, I cannot get to sync with a Room Resource. Software version
220.127.116.1127 which is the same as the 8800s. We had been advised by Poly NOT to go higher than that version for calendaring.
Exchange URL is set to https://outlook.office365.com/ews/exchange.asmx but the Exchange status is blank as opposed to "Synchronized."
I see from another posting the recommendation to turn off OAuth 2.0 on the 365 side to fix this for the 8500, but I don't think that's even an option. Not sure and certainly not in the direction that Microsoft is heading.
