VVX 601 phones.  We have some cheapo USB 1GB sticks that format to FAT, or FAT32 just fine and computers can read/write to them.

Polycom phone just says No Media Device Connected.

Put a different USB stick in, 16GB or something, works fine.

The annoyance is really not being able to configure a Screen Saver via Provisioning server, only can do it via USB stick for a logo that starts to display after a timeout period.

So, you need a USB stick in the back. Not sure what the requirements are and compatibility, but the 60 USB sticks we have are useless for this purpose.

Any ideas appreciated.  Running Skype for Business version of phone, but that doesn't matter, regular profile or Lync profile, same thing with the USB stick.   Phone just doesn't like it seemingly.

Thx

In addition in order to display a company logo or similar you can utilize the mb.idleDisplay.home configuration parameter. The Admin Guide matching your currently used software should be consulted on this.
