Hi everbody,

We have another Skype for Business login problem:

We have been trying to set up Trio 8800 for Skype Business.

When we try to sign in as  xxxx@xxxy.onmicrosoft.com it works.

But when we try to sign in over our domain as:

xxxx@xxxy.com   can not sign in.

You can find the log file attached.

We have been already using latest version 5.5.3. 

 

It will be great if someone has a solution for this.

The SIP URI in the claim type requirements of the web ticket request does not match the SIP URI associated with the presented credentials.]

Hello @UmmOzelgin,

The file you attached only contains a snippet of a lock back from the 24/01 (0124174546)

 

The same error is present in this and in addition:

 

0124174546|AuthS|4|00|X-Ms-diagnostics: HTTP Rsp[X-Ms-diagnostics: 28073;source="AM30E03FES10.infra.lync.com";reason="The credentials presented expire shortly, resend fresh credentials"

I suggest you try and get help on this via the official channels.


In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
