i'm limited at 100 speed dial on VVX410, but in the guide the limitation is 500.

Hello Damien,

The overall limit of Speed Dials is 500 but the number you can manually dial is only up to 99. As you can see in my example I did not even used the <SD> tag.

We changed this behaviour from UC Software 5.3.0 onwards. If you require this and can provide a business case via a Polycom Sales Engineer please quote VOIP-97378.

Hello Damien-LFD,

Stating the latest software does not help others when finding this post in days, weeks, months or years to come as they do not know what software mentioned was current at the time of writing.

Please therefore always post the exact complete build id.

I have briefly tested this with 102 Speed Dials used from the local contact directory and I get all 102 of these using 5.6.0.17325.

Are you sure you do not have a duplicate number somewhere ?

The next step is to raise a ticket via your Polycom reseller.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you. End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Thanks for the reply,

Did you try with lync profile or general profil on VVX ?

HP Recommended

Hello Damien-LFD,

as you used this with LYNC and this is the Skype for Business section I did test this in LYNC Base profile.

Best Regards

can you give me your config file for the VVX ?

I can compare with mine.

HP Recommended

Hi,

there is no config file for a Skype user as everything is provisioned inbound.

I attached my Speed Dial

I think that I badly explained my problem.

I wants to configure the parameter < sd > in the directory file, but when I puts numbers superior to 99, i can not use it in my VVX.

Exemple :

<item>
<fn>Agents Nettoyage Circulant - Mobile</fn>
<ct>0611111111</ct>
<sd>105</sd>
<rt>ringerdefault</rt>
</item>

Hi

I assume you mean you can dial up to 99# but not 100# or more ?

If yes this is working as designed

Yes, i can dial up to 99# but not 100# or more.

But in the admin guide I can see the picture which I put as attachment and the limit is 500 for the VVX400.
