Hello,

From the software matrix I see that the latest UC release is the 4.1.1 Rev AB but there aren't any links on the table to download the software.

https://downloads.polycom.com/voice/voip/sip_sw_releases_matrix.html

Also searching through the community I found this thread but the links are dead

https://community.polycom.com/t5/Microsoft-UC-Platforms/Software-UC-Software-4-1-1-AB/m-p/107877#M83...

Searching through the knowledge base I found the following two links

https://downloads.polycom.com/voice/voip/uc/Polycom-UC-Software-4.1.1-rts11-AB-release-sig-combined....

https://downloads.polycom.com/voice/voip/uc/Polycom-UC-Software-4.1.1-rts11-AB-release-sig-split.zip

but at the product line they mention only soundstation ip 5000 and soundstation ip 6000.

Can I use with my soundpoint 650 any of the two firmwares? If not can you post a link with the appropriate firmware version for my device. I want to use it in a Lync 2013 installation.

Hello @AlexK ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

The SoundPoint IP range are end of support and end of life and since the update of our support page, we no longer host these files.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
