Skype for Business Online (Office 365)
I would like to setup a softkey that goes directly in to the "Skype for Business Directory" (similar to the "Search" option in the home screen. Is this possible? I am currently using the following action: "$FDirectories$$FDialpad2$". The main problem I have with this is the "Back" button takes you to the "Directories" screen which is not the user's last screen (as far as they are concerned).

welcome to the Polycom Community.
The community's VoIP EFK FAQ and/or the Admin Guide matching your current software Version contain all possible $F Actions.
If there is none for the Skype Directory then all you can do is what you already done aka mimics the manual steps in a script. The side effect is that returning from this will follow the same as if the user would have done this by hand.
You or your customer can either live with this or you raise a feature request as explained here:
