Skype for Business Online and vxx 301

Hi - I have my Skype for Business Online account working on a vx 301.  However, when I enable Skype for Business on the vxx 301, it removes all but one of the lines of the phone (it says the max number of lines/speed dials is 1).  Is it possible to configure a vxx 301 to have >1 Skype for Bus accounts logged into it?  Does anyone know how I can return the appropriate number of lines/speed dials?

Hello dcn72,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The community's Skype for Business FAQ contains this post here:

Jan 25, 2016 Question:How many Lines can I register using Polycom phones with Lync Server / Skype for Business server ?

Resolution: You can register only one line when Lync is set as the base profile on the phone.

In addition please ensure to always post the currently used software version.

Oct 7, 2011 Question: What SIP or UC Software Version or BootROM Version is supported by my Phone?

Resolution: Please check => here <=
