I have multiple VisualPro devices all using Trio 8800, all registered to Skype for Business Online and hte Trio is managed by Resource Manager. My question for the group is around reporting: how does everyone obatin usage states for this configuration? All I'm after is basic information like number of calls, length of calls and what was called.

From https://admin.teams.microsoft.com, search for the user account the Trio is signed in with, then click on the Call History tab.

There is no CDR data reported back to RPRM and what you seek is part of Skype for Business online.

within Office365 select Admin > A new Window will open. Select "Show all" and then Reports > Usage > and drill down to Skype for Business.
