Polycom Trio with Hybrid O365 solution registration issue

Hello all,


Using a Polycom Trio 8800 new from box with power adapter. Network and time on NTP is all fine. Device only registers against on-premise account and not on hybrid account under firmware version Read that this could be due to us using modern auth (ADFS) on the S4B Office365 side.


Does anyone know if this is true and if it is when firmware release 5.5.X will be released for the Trio's?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The Trio does not at present support Modern Authentication.


A new release will resolve this but I am unable to comment on a time frame.
