Polycom Trio C60 - random mics issues

Hi,

We have Trio C60's installed in 9 meeting rooms. Today in three different rooms during morning check call mics stopped working - people could hear me in the room but I couldn't hear them. We've checked everything 3 times and we checked that dashboard - no issues at all. I did 2 more calls in each room and everything was working fine. It looks like some very random issue but it happened for the first time 2 weeks ago in other room when we call the client - we could hear him but he couldn't hear us - it was same as today - logs look clear, no issues at all, but mics not working properly.

We are using latest version of firmware, all equipment fully updated. Any help ?

Thanks.

Re: Polycom Trio C60 - random mics issues

Hello @SS_HL ,

Stating the latest software does not help others when finding this post in days, weeks, months, or years to come as they do not know what software mentioned was current at the time of writing.

Therefore the different community sections may contain a post or FAQ on how to find this.

I suggest you get this into Poly support.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
