I'm currently experiencing a glitchy dial pad and was wondering if any has had the same experience. I can dial out and receive a phone call while using Teams without a problem. However, whenever I try to use the dial pad to place a call nothing happens. To be more specific, after I enter the phone number that I wish to dial and press the call button, the displayed number disappears, and then the phone will reboot and return to the dial pad upon reboot. Has anyone seen this before? I'm currently using firmware 7.0.3.0517. Thanks

Hello @DetroitRockCity

Welcome to the Poly Community. Your post was placed in the incorrect section and has been moved.

The phone should not reboot and we may want to look at this via our official support organisation but you may want to involve our partner Microsoft as they supply the Teams application running on our phones.

July 31. 2019 Question: How can I report Issues with Teams running on a Poly phone in Native Teams mode?

Resolution: Please collect the Logs as shown => here <=  and submit them to our Partner Microsoft. You will need to work with Microsoft for this via the explained method >here<.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
