Polycom Trio 8800 taking two hours booting up

Hi

 

I have a Polycom Trio 8800 Skype fpr business edition

 

UC Software Version      5.5.2.11338

 

For some reason whenever we plug the phone in somewhere it spends a good two hours booting up, the screens displays ‘Completeing Provisioning’ during this time, when it does eventually boot up it says ‘Registration Failed’.

Any ideas why it might do this?

 

Attached is a picture of it booting up.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I am unsure why it would do this but due no details what kind of configuration the unit is using I suggest you factory reset it via the 4 finger combination shown => here <=
