We have deployed a few Polycom Trio 8800, using SFB profile and SFB server.

We can make calls between these few Polycoms, SFB client and Polycom, SFB client and Skype client.

But, when I try to call using Polycom to my Skype the Skype app just fails and closes.

When trying to call with my Skype to Polycom, then it rings, but when I answer the call it resets and I get missed call on Polycom. Skype account is linked with Microsoft.

Encryption is set to Not required on Polycoms and SFB server.

Polycom FW and Skype client versions are latest. 

 

For Polycom logs see attachments. Addresses are changed.

Hello @jurde

Stating the latest software does not help others when finding this post in days, weeks, months or years to come as they do not know what software mentioned was current at the time of writing.

Please therefore always post the exact complete build id.

Looking at the log we receive an ACK and then a BYE from the far end with the Reason "CallEndReasonFinalAnswerError"
