Re: Polycom Trio 8800 Configuration

Hello @Eslam Shaban ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

When using the Trio in Hybrid Mode you need to ensure that Line 1 is Skype for Business aka the Base Profile needs to be set to this.

Once that is added there are no changes required in order to get Skype for Business going.

Anything else that is needed is described here:

Aug 15, 2018 Question: Can I enable more than 1 Line on my Poly Trio?

Resolution: UC Software 5.5.2 for Poly Trio added the Hybrid registration feature. Details are in the Admin Guide or => here <=  and it can be up to 3 different lines.

and for example:

Nov 27, 2017 Question: Can I add Zoom to the Poly Trio?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Re: Polycom Trio 8800 Configuration

@SteffenBaierUK

Appreciate your support, As for Skype when I join conference meetings it goes out after 10 seconds, And the links you provided for Zoom configuration when I import the Zoom Hybrid configuration file into Polycom then try to use the Zoom Icon to get into meetings it just kicks me out immediately before it asks me to put my Zoom Meeting ID, Can u clarify if there's anything needed to be edited on the configuration file.

Re: Polycom Trio 8800 Configuration

Hello @Eslam Shaban ,

Are you using a Visual+ or VisualPro with your Trio?

In regards getting kicked out of the meeting did you check the caveats aka not name the lines the same name etc. as mentioned in the FAQ?

Re: Polycom Trio 8800 Configuration

Hello @Eslam Shaban ,

Simply share a backup.

UC Software 4.0.0 or later via the Web Interface Utilities > Phone Backup & Restore > Phone Backup > Phone Backup

If this fails, and nobody else can help, please open a ticket.

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support. Available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Phone Backup below

Couldn't upload it, Said The attachment's backup.pbu content type (application/octet-stream) does not match its file extension and has been removed.
