My customer have a Polycom RealPresence Trio 8800 IP Conference Phone Skype Business Edition Part No 2200-66070-019. They are using a third party Cloud PBX for voice and have Office 365.
Can they sign in on both Office 365 and the Cloud PBX?

welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .
In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.

Jan 25, 2016 Question:How many Lines can I register using Polycom phones with Lync Server / Skype for Business server ?
Resolution: You can register only one line when Lync is set as the base profile on the phone. The RealPresence Trio has Hybrid registration Feature from UC Software 5.5.2 or later. Details can be found in the Trio Admin Guide or => here <=
