Hi There

 

We are using the Polycom CX600 in our Live environment and we are using a security feature within Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) for device control, we are having problems sourcing one of the CX600's to bring through our development stage.

 

To allow the CX600 device to work on the environment we need to add the hardware Device Instance Path to the SEP whitelist to allow the device to work.

 

I am looking to see if someone can provide me with the Device Instance Path or Hardware ID for the CX600.
