Hello, we are using PolyCX300R2 phones, in our Office, and we are using Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams.

MS Teams is the Phone System (Teams Only)  and Skype For business is using for conferencing. both clients are installed on an client, but if someone call this User (with Both Clients) allways Skype for business client accept the call, and never the Teams client. is it possible to change the preferred Device to MS Teams? With Headsets we did not have this problem only with the PolyCX300R2 Desk Phone. PolyCX300R2 Version: 01.36.9.03

best regards

mikel

Hello @Machst

I can only suggest to contact our partner Microsoft for this as they provide most likely the OS running for this and the client on this occasion.

The CX300R2 is to my personal knowledge only certified for Microsoft Skype for Business.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
